Welcome one and all. This forum has been set up to provide a digital break from the real world. To let you discuss everything and anything to do with depression and mental illness whether you suffer from it yourself or look after someone who does.

Our advice is from our own personal experiences (first or second hand) and by no means backed by any medical body or groups.

Please note: There are boards on this forum that are only available to registered users. These are for more serious topics, discussions that aren't available for guests to access. If you want to join in then click on 'register', up there, under the banner. It's free and only takes a minute.

Please note: The forum does not accept anyone with a .gmail email address, this is due to the huge amount of Spam we have been receiving.
